Join us as we transition into a new kind of learning community. This is all new to us and we are excited to explore the potential together with all of you! We will provide recipes, videos, live interaction, culinary, and nutrition lessons. There are so many lessons that can be learned in the kitchen – math, reading, science, art, history, and more! And it wouldn’t be a Nourish My Soul class if it didn’t also include ways that you can connect with others using food – something that is very challenging at this time.
