Foodie Friday; Fall Flatbread

On this snowy Friday…YUP you read that right – it is already snowing here in CT today, we thought a comforting Flatbread bursting with Fall flavors would help warm you up! Our Jr Chefs tested this recipe this week and really enjoyed the flavors and the flexibility the recipe offers to make it your own. Keeping with the trend in this particular class, one chef even added cinnamon to this dish! (This particular class loves experimenting with cinnamon!)

Our Jr Chefs transformed these ingredients into a delicious comfort meal for the cool weather!

I realize last week’s recipe was similar – it was Apple Cheddar Pizzas that our Growing Healthy Kids made. Our Jr Chefs heard that about it and wanted to make their version of a Fall flavored pizza – and here is the DELICIOUS result!
